Site disruption - 05/09

Failures by 1and1 internet technical administrators have led to some downtime of www.terramar.co.uk.

Due to failures at 1and1 internet, the Terramar Organics website has been only partially available since this morning (05/09/07). We would like to apologise for the lack of a web presence by Terramar Organics.

The availability of terramar.co.uk has not affected our customer records.

We are of course working to get all outstanding issues resolved as quickly as possible.

Site disruption - 28/08

Earlier today the server hosting www.terramar.co.uk suffered approximately 1hour 30minutes of unscheduled downtime. This meant that the domain terramar.co.uk was unreachable between 15.30 and 17.00 on 28/08/07. We are talking to hour hosting company to try and discover the reason for the disruption.

We would like to apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

There was no disruption to our mail server and we continued to receive email as normal.
