Ordering

Placing an order is easy

You can order using one of two methods

1. Online

By selecting the "add to cart" button next to each item in the online catalogue. This will add the selected item to a PayPal shopping cart. When you have finished shopping you can pay online using a debit or credit card. You do not need a PayPal account but if you have one you can also use your PayPal funds for sending payment.

2. Post

By choosing the items you would like to purchase and adding the item details into our 'printable order form' (PDF) and posting the form to us.

Important Information

If you order and pay using PayPal your Billing and Delivery country must be the same.

UK orders with UK shipping

You can order directly online though the online store pages using the shopping cart and pay in Sterling if you are ordering from the UK (Including Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands).

European orders with european shipping

If you are ordering from the Euro zone with shipping to the Euro zone, please pay in Euros. You can change currency using the currency/"shipping to" selector on the product pages.

North american orders with north american shipping

If you are ordering from the North America with shipping to North America, please pay in US dollars. You can change currency using the currency/"shipping to" selector on the product pages.

World orders

For orders from almost anywhere else please use our 'printable order form'. (PDF) You will be sent an order confirmation and invoice with payment instructions. Payment will normally be by 'PayPal' invoice.

Delivery to an address other than the billing address where the billing and delivery address are in different countries.

For orders where the billing and delivery addresses are in different countries please use our 'printable order form'. (PDF)

(please note that delivery and billing address can be different when in the same country.)
