Organic

Organic production means sustainable production: the use of farming and production methods that benefit the environment, and NO genetically modified organisms also known as GM, GMO, and BT.


Our Organic range is certified by Control Union (formerly known as Skal) the leading European certifier of organic products. Authorised as an international inspection and certification organisation in the EU member states under Regulation EEC 2092/91.

Fair Trade

Fair Trade means sweatshop free, social, economic and environmental sustainability.

Clothing labelled with the EKO logo under the Control Unions (formerly Skals) Sustainable Textiles Programme means that not only are the textiles environmentally sound, but that social aspects of production such as decent working conditions, payment and welfare are adhered to.

Clothing labelled with the Fairtrade logo meets the new internatinonal standards for fair trade clothing as laid down by the Fairtrade Foundation - guaranteeing a better deal for third world producers.

How to place an order

You can order online, by email, or by post. Full details on how to order using your preferred method are given in the support section under the "Ordering" link.

...from Europe

We love to receive orders from Europe. The easiest way for you to order if you want shipping to Europe or wish to pay in Euros is to go to our online store and click on the European Flag in the "Shipping To" form located above the left-hand menu.

...from America

We also love to receive orders from America, for shipping to the US and CANADA with payment in US dollars please visit our online store and click on the US Flag in the "Shipping To" form located above the left-hand menu.

...by Email or Phone

If you would prefer to email or phone us with your order, please do. We will then send you an invoice together with you order confirmation. Please specify in your order whether you want to pay by cheque, postal order, paypal invoice or BACS. Please note that for non-sterling orders we automatically send out a paypal invoice, unless otherwise agreed.

Privacy Assured

We have absolute respect for your privacy and confidentiality. Personal data such as Name and Address is used solely for order processing and is not passed to third parties unless required by law.

Office Hours

Office hours are 09:30 - 18:00 (UK time) Monday to Friday. Please feel free to contact us outwith these hours and if no-one is available at the time, please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Online ordering is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are subject to our terms and conditions (see "cancellation" and "responsibility" for full details) but as a general principle providing goods are returned as sold and we are notified within 7 working days we offer a no quibbles returns policy. Where part of an order is returned you may either request a partial refund for that item or exchange it for another item of equal value.

Delivery

Where possible, orders are despatched on the day of making the order and, on the next business day where it is not possible to despatch on the day of ordering.

Delivery will be to the delivery address provided. We deliver using Royal Mail's "recorded signed for" service. Therefore, delivery must be to an address where the delivery can be signed for. Goods will be delivered as specified in the order confirmation.

Payment

Online instant payment is provided via 'PayPal', which is free and secure. If you do not wish to register for a PayPal account simply pay by debit or credit card. (NB: In some internet browsers you may have to click on "Don't have a PayPal account?" in order to proceed with your purchase without signing up for a PayPal account.) If you do wish to sign up for a PayPal account registration is quick and easy.

We also accept payment by cheque (Sterling only), postal order (Sterling only) or BACS (electronic fund transfer). If you would like to order by one of these methods, please contact us with your order details by phone or email to arrange your order.
