Return of goods bought from Terramar Organics

Terramar offers a "no quibbles" returns policy on all goods bought from terramar.co.uk (Terramar Organics). You are welcome to return an item if you find it defective or just don't like the colour!

If you make a return you must return the item in pristine, resaleable condition, using a traceable mail service as we cannot be held respobsible for goods lost in the post. You must also inform us within seven working days of receipt of goods that you are making a return and on what grounds.

Cancellation and Returns

You may cancel your contract with us at any time prior to the expiry of 7 working days from receipt of goods.

The contract shall be held to be cancelled upon receipt by Terramar Organics of a "Cancellation Notice" subject to the goods being returned to us in pristine and resaleable condition.

All goods ordered and subsequently cancelled must be returned to Terramar Organics in pristine condition. If goods are despatched and you subsequently cancel the order, but have not yet received the goods, you must NOT open the packaging and must return the goods within 5 working days to us at your own cost and risk.

Subject to receipt by Terramar Organics of a Cancellation Notice AND receipt of the returned goods in pristine condition, any sum paid to us in exchange for the goods ordered from us by you will be refunded to you by personal cheque (posted to the delivery address that you provided on your order form) or electronic fund transfer.

Terramar Organics reserves the right to cancel the contract between us and you, the customer, if we do not deliver to your postal location, or if we have insufficient stock to satisfy your order, or if we have made a typographical error which constitutes a fundamental error in your order e.g. the price, or if our software malfunctions.

As a general principle, providing goods are returned as sold, and we are notified within 7 working days, we offer a no quibbles returns policy. Where all or part of an order is returned you may either request a full or partial refund for the item(s) returned or request an exchange for another item(s) of equal value. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

if:

(A) the goods we delivered are damaged or defective or incorrect in any essential way e.g. colour, design, quantity, or
(B) you do not receive the goods within 14 days of the date on which you made the order.

If, in case (A), you do not notify us in writing within 10 days of delivery then we shall have no liability with you.
If, in case (B), you do not notify us in writing within 14 days of the date of your order then we shall have no liability with you.

Terramar Organics assumes no responsibility for consequential loss or damage.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any circumstances beyond our reasonable control, which may result in damage to or defect of the goods, or cause delay or failed delivery, or result in any loss by you or any Third Party.

Such events include, but are not limited to, acts of terrorism, forces of nature, industrial disputes, strikes or insurgency.
